At Fairytale, we take pride in the quality of our sarees, dresses, and clothing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.
In the event of a damaged product or an incorrect item received, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate a smooth verification and processing of the claim, providing an unboxing or opening video is mandatory.
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including blouses, innerwear, and customized/altered dresses. Please check the product description before purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Fairytale will cover the return shipping charges.
